We strive to fulfill your requests for flowers or gifts on your desired date to the best of our abilities.
However, please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as COVID-19, minimum delivery time frames, rural deliveries, adverse weather conditions, etc., may impact our ability to guarantee this 100%.

If you are sending flowers & gifts to a rural address, please make sure to select the rural shipping option at the checkout page or contact us for more information. We will check with our courier regarding their ability to deliver to the specific rural address on your requested date and advise on the cost if they are able to make the delivery. Please note that additional charges might apply on top of the rural shipping fee, depending on the address. If you choose the wrong delivery pricing option, the difference will be deducted from or added to the cost of the flowers.
Kapiti Area Delivery Fee: $29.95
Please select the rural delivery fee at the checkout page. Kapiti area includes Kapiti-Coast, Paraparaumu-Beach, Pukerua Bay, Raumati Waikanae-Beach.
If you choose the wrong delivery pricing option, the difference will be deducted from or added to the cost of the flowers.
Kapiti area deliveries need to be pre-ordered at the latest one day before your requested date due to the early cut-off time of the delivery service. Weekend deliveries are not available.

If you have an URGENT request, contact us on PH: 021 885 156 before 2 pm to arrange (takes up to 120 minutes from when you order to delivery).

Greater Wellington Region Weekend Delivery
Saturday deliveries need to be pre-ordered on Friday at the latest due to the early cut-off time of the delivery service on Saturdays.
Same-day Saturday delivery is not available (only collection from Becca Florist is available during working hours, 11 am to 4 pm).
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. All orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day without notice.
We open Mother’s Day every year.
We use PFS (Parcel and Fleet Solutions) courier company, which provides a door-to-door delivery service. PFS is especially specialized in delivering flowers, gifts, and cakes. If you wish to know the status of your delivery, please contact us, and we will find out for you.
All orders require a physical address.
In the case we have been supplied with the wrong delivery information, such as an incorrect delivery address or cannot attempt the property or premises due to the security code, metal gate, or dogs, etc., we will not be held accountable, and no refund will be made. We can arrange redelivery at your expense.
Same-day courier is available for orders placed before 2 pm in the greater Wellington region (Monday – Friday). We may still be able to deliver the same day after 2 pm, but please ring us first to check. Otherwise, the order will be delivered on the following working day.
The items will be delivered anytime between 8 am and 8 pm on your requested date. We cannot provide the estimated delivery time, especially on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, as this is beyond our control.
If there are minimum time frames for delivery on the requested date or a specific time for delivery, such as morning deliveries, please select the rural delivery fee option for express delivery. If in doubt about minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us at PH: 021 885 156.
Please be aware that, in the absence of specific delivery instructions, we cannot take responsibility for deliveries if the recipient is not present at the location during the delivery time. As our valued customer, it is your responsibility to coordinate an appropriate delivery date and time.
If the recipient is not available, your order will be left at the specified address, such as the front door or the safest possible place. Please note that deliveries will not be returned.
An exception to this policy occurs when the driver is unable to reach the front door due to obstacles like a gate or other restrictions, preventing safe placement.
In such cases, the flowers will be returned to our store and will incur a second delivery fee for a redelivery attempt.
Terms & Conditions
All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (15%).
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the delivery date, excluding wedding flowers, funeral flowers, and any event flowers. Please contact us directly by phone at 021 885 156.
If your order is canceled, the refund will be processed to the payment device used for the original transaction. Starting from April 1st, 2020, a processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total amount paid. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect in your account. This processing fee is enforced by the payment merchant and is beyond our control.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 021 885 156. If the order has already been assembled or sent out on the courier, it will be too late to change.
If credit card information is incorrect or insufficient funds, the order won’t be delivered until the customer has been in contact with us at Becca Florist and the payment is processed successfully.
All flower products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of similar style, colors, value, and quality.
Where possible, if a significant substitution will take place, we will contact you to confirm if you are okay with this. However, if the courier is about to leave, we will not risk not getting your gift there on time waiting for a reply from you and will default to the stated option in the email.
Similarly, with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, basket, ceramic container, or vase, we will use a product with a similar look or greater value without notice.
All of our flower bouquets are delivered with a water wrap to ensure freshness upon delivery.
All your messages are handwritten in-store by us and attached to your flowers for you on our Becca Florist cards.
If you purchase your flowers with a vase, they will be delivered separately for safety reasons in transit.
In the event that damage occurs from delivery, please contact us at Becca Florist, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
In the case that you are unhappy with the arrangement of flowers you have purchased, you must contact us at Becca Florist within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement. We require a photo of the entire arrangement to be emailed to [email protected] for management review.
In the case that your flowers did not last the length of our 5-day freshness guarantee, we require a photo of the entire arrangement emailed to [email protected] for management review. Your complaint must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your flowers.
Please note that floral gifts are perishable and cannot be exchanged.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. When you enter your information into the contact form on this website, you are providing your personal information. We use this information to contact you about your inquiry and in no other way. Providing this information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details into the webform, we’ll be unable to contact you.
We use Google Analytics to better understand our website traffic, and what is and isn’t working well on our website. If you consent to it, Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer that helps it measure data such as how often you visit, what you look at, how long you spend on the site and what country you are from. None of this data is personally identifiable to us (i.e. we can’t see your name and contact details, just your IP address, which is available to every website you visit regardless of whether they use Google Analytics). If you don’t consent, we don’t see any of this.
When you purchase from us we collect data (that you enter) necessary for us to process your order and send it out such as your name, email address and delivery address (if applicable). If you don’t provide this you won’t be able to complete your purchase as we are unable to contact you. We process credit card payments via Stripe or AfterPay, and so do not collect any credit card information at all.
